How do I register?

Easy! Just click on the 'Sign Up' link on the top corner. Enter your email address and make sure to read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy. A registration code will be sent to your email. To verify your email address, enter this code to continue and enter a new password for your account.

Your details will be populated automatically after verification. If you have not already verified, please got to Settings -> KYC and complete the verification procedure

To change your password, please go to Settings -> Security. Please note that a new password must contain at least 8 characters, at least one number, at least one special character (#, $, @,!,%, &, *,?)

Why do I need to verify?

To gain full access to our platform, we need to adhere to our KYC/AML policy.

To complete the verification procedure, go to Settings -> KYC and complete the form and upload the requested documents. You details and documents will be checked to verify the details you have provided are valid. We use a third party provider to complete this. More information about them can be found here. You will receive an email once the verification has been completed.

We aim to notify you of the decision made within 2 hours. If you are not verified in the first instance, we may request further information to complete our checks. The maxmimum time to complete the verification procedure will be 24 hours. You will receive an email once the verification has been completed.

There could be a number of reasons to why your verification has been rejected. Please refer to the email received on reasons why this may have happened. The most common reason are that the documents submitted were unreadable or not of a format we can accept, you would just need to restart the verifcation process and provide new documentation for us to check

What currency can I deposit?

You can currently deposit Pound Sterling (GBP) and Bitcoin (BTC) into your BCB Market account.

To deposit GBP, head over to the dashboard, Click on Deposit -> GBP tab -> Enter the amount you wish to deposit. On the opposite card, you should see the transaction details including the sort code and account number of where to send the funds to. Please ensure you use the reference number in your transaction as it is displayed. The reference will be used to confirm your deposit and avoid any delay in processing.

Bank transfers to be recevied by us usually take up to 2 hours depending on your banking provider. Though on occasion, due to circumstances beyond our control, your bank may decide to delay the payment. If you do not see your deposit within 3 hours of sending payment, please contact your banking provider.

To deposit BTC, head over to the dashboard, Click on Deposit -> XBT tab -> Enter the amount you wish to deposit. On the opposite card, you should see a QR code and wallet address. Please send BTC to this address, you should see the transaction in your history immediately, and you will be able to complete a Sell transaction after 6 confirmations on the Bitcoin network.

What currency can I withdraw?

You can currently withdraw Pound Sterling (GBP) into your registered bank account and Bitcoin (BTC) into an external Bitcoin wallet.

Once you have been verified, head over to Settings -> Banking -> Add Bank. Here you will be presented with fields to complete about your banking provider. We will verify the account belongs to you by checking against a recent bank statement that you will have to submit. Once we have verified your bank account(s), you can use these account(s) to make deposits or withdrawals. You can add up to 3 different accounts.

So you've completed a Sell transaction? Great! Now you have a balance in your GBP account. To withdraw this to your personal bank account, click on Withdraw -> GBP -> Select the account you wish to withdraw to -> Enter amount to withdraw - Click Withdraw. You will be asked to enter the OTP from your email. You will be notified that the request was successful. Please note, it may take up to 2 hours for us to process your request.

So you've bought BTC? Great! Now you can withdraw to an external wallet. To withdraw this to an external wallet address, click on Withdraw -> XBT -> Copy and Paste wallet address into address field -> Enter amount of XBT you want to withdraw -> Click Withdraw. You will be asked to enter the OTP from your email to confirm it's a genuine transaction. You will be notified that the request was successful. Please note, it may take up to 2 hours for us to process your request.
